Excellent customer service! Ron came promptly to give us ideas for our makeover kitchen with new granite counters and new backsplash. We chose from a variety of options and samples. He even met us at a location where we were able to see and pick our backsplash hands-on with his assistance! He was so accommodating and patient with us during our decision making process. The whole process was top notch from start to finish. Emmanuel was super responsive and made you feel extremely comfortable with all your decisions. He actually helped me make better decisions overall. He is invested and not going to steer you wrong. Very responsive and quick to answer any questions you had. The office staff is just as great. Due to warping of a previous laminate countertop, I had to replace countertops. Best Granite For Less gave me a same day quote from my measurements on a Monday, came out the next day to verify my measurement and do a final quote. Came the next day to do the template and was able to install the quartzite two days later on Friday. Beautiful quartzite countertops and stainless sink at a very competitive price installed in less than one week. The employees were professional and on time. You can not ask for more than that. This was for a rental, so time means money and I appreciate their very quick

Good prices and work though staff claimed after bill was paid they couldn't tell me what type of granite I bought which I found odd since they had to order it to sell it. Gave me feeling didn't care once paid up. Small but irritating point but would still use again but make sure to get all questions answered before writing final check.

Awesome experience from the time I filled out the online form. Emanuel contacted me within 15 minutes and set an appointment for the same day, not only was he prompt he came 15 minutes early. The process was seamless from the time we picked out the counter top. He made recommendations for the back splash and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. What can I say about our experience. Good service, good prices.
Summary: My wife and I went to Lowe's and the prices for similar quality was significantly higher. We paid $48 sq/ft. We did not try to negotiate too much but were happy with how we were treated. Production time was quick with a flawless install.
We went to the shop based on an advertisement and Raquel showed us the options. We asked to see the advertised $28 granite but it was not what we wanted. We felt a bit like it may be a "bait and switch" as the photos on the web site were the better quality, but the pricing

They did a wonderful job! Got back to me right away and came out the same day to measure and see the space. Their 2 installers were great. Came to measure and do templates and made sure to show me and ask me questions to make sure they understood what I wanted. A few days later came back for the install. They were fast and did a great job. Counter looks great and price was very reasonable for the quartz I received. I only did 2 pieces in my laundry room one with an under mounted farm style sink but I would use them again for any space.

We decided to replace the Formica countertops for granite.
My dear honey did a search on the internet and called a few companies, one we called was Best Granite for Less.
We went down on Monday, loved the pricing and the granite selection. We picked a slab, they measured on Tuesday installed on Thursday. Did a beautiful job. The main counter, a L, was done without a seam. Made a bar that fit perfectly as did the main counter. What

Paid 50% like everyone else. They seemed they know what they were doing and to be honest that was the cheapest quote of all. I decided to give them a shot. Went to their supplier, picked the stone. Everything was ok until I received a phone call while I was at work from their office saying they need my sink to cut the stlab. They knew I had the sink and they have been to my house twice for measurament and once for template. They said I need to drop it off!!!! Once they come and pick it up a day after the owner asked me if I want to the sink tobe under the cpunter or over. I said if possible let

By far the worst installation I have ever seen. Island with waterfall on both sides. The side are not plumb. The bottom of the waterfalls are 3/4"-1" wider than the top of the island. No support what so ever under the majority of the island. No less than 3 hrs after install and the strip in front of the sink cracked. After calling and speaking to Ron, the owner, he tells me that they can come back and fix it for a service charge. Be ware of this company. Ron will insist on a 50% cash deposit up front and after the first estimate once he comes out to see the job his estimate is always
