I'm an interior designer and I called them accidentally because the new business owner in John's previous space took his business name; a pretty dishonest, sneaky thing to do, but John immediately said he wasn't the person I was trying to reach. I've been disappointed with the customer service from the people who are now in John's old space, and John has been helpful in answering questions for me about a stone I'm trying to locate. I've been so impressed with John's character that I will no doubt give him my business from now on.

Very satisfied with the service and outcome. Jeff was able to repair our granite countertop when another vendor said no and said we needed to replace it. We like the way Jeff conducts business, straight forward, honest, and fair. We would use him again and highly recommend his services.
