Weinstein B&K definitely proved that they stand behind their products. As soon as I encountered a small issue, the Sales department took immediate action and requested that the supplier investigate the issue. The issue was rectified completely. Customer Service definitely deserves a 5 Star Rating and Weinstein B&K is certainly the place to go for High Quality Products..

I knew Weinstein carried quality products for your kitchen and bathroom because I’ve replaced my kitchen faucet and all of my bathroom faucets with Moen products purchased from Weinstein. But last week I found myself in need of a new sump pump and found out they carry those too! And the icing on the cake was finding Deb. She was so helpful and even connected me with an excellent plumber to do the work! Thank you!!

Went in as a homeowner looking for replacement parts for a shower cartridge and knob. The knowledgeable, friendly staff immediately identified the parts I needed from a photo of the broken ones, and I was on my way in about 5 minutes with everything I needed as well as some helpful tips. Convenient location, they had exactly what I needed in stock, and the whole experience was quick and easy. Will definitely return if I ever need plumbing parts again!

My husband and I just went to visit the showroom as we are working on a bathroom renovation. There was another couple looking around, and we saw at least 3 employees. No one offered us any assistance or even bothered to say hello for that matter. We will be looking elsewhere for our fixtures as we just got a glimpse of your lacking customer service.
