I am not one that normally writes reviews about contractors, but I wanted to take the time to share an experience I had with Cooksey Exteriors LLC. This is a contractor that takes the time to make sure the job is done right! The owner, Eric Cooksey, worked on my home like it was his own. He called me back quickly when I left a message about the issue I was having. He came to the house when he said he would and immediately assured me that he would fix my problem that day! Most contractors look at the job and schedule a time when they can do the work!

Eric went above and beyond in making our roof perfect. It looks beautiful and he came back more than a few times to fix an ongoing issue we had with our roof and chimney. A really good guy, professional and his crew cleaned up after each day of work. Would highly recommend and give him 10 stars, if it existed.

We highly recommend Cooksey Exteriors for roofing. We had what seemed to be a complicated roof repair and Mr. Cooksey was able to thoughtfully layout a proposal that would remediate our issues. I have never purchased a roof before and there is more to roofing than one would think. I called 3 potential vendors and Eric Cooksey was one of the bids. Eric spent the time to explain what needed to be done and provided a very competitive bid. Eric worked with me to get the roof replaced in a very efficient manner. The crew was great and they cleaned up everyday. They even removed some of the winter leaves as it was April. My property looked better after they left then before.
I also had my gutters replaced and they look wonderful and are performing great in the heavy rains of late.

Getting a roof replaced is never the easiest or most fun thing to deal with, but Eric made it as smooth as possible for us. Eric was professional, courteous, easy to reach and work with the entire process, and his rates are very competitive. Our finished roof looks great and has held up to all the weather Pittsburgh has thrown at it so far.
