After 6+ weeks for waiting...
Very disappointed, they came out measured twice and 8 windows came the wrong size still and the windows that were supposed to be frosted...weren’t! No apology, no hey I’m sorry but here is a discount or here is how we will make it up to you? All we hear is we get to wait another extra 6 weeks and clearly customer service or satisfaction is not a priority for them!!!!!

Where do I start? Buying a house that needed everything was kind of scary, but my contractor was amazing and had a great relationship with his supplier Copper Creek Distributors in Garland, TX. After many years of being told that I couldn't have my dream kitchen I stumbled on Copper Creek Distributors while searching through thousands of Houzz photos. One of the kitchens on their profile page had this huge island and it was everything I've ever wanted, but was repeatedly told I couldn't have. I decided to send off an email and once again hope that someone could help me.
