Laundry back up and needed a camera inspection to make sure no issued with roots. All clean and had a hydro jet. Home warranty would take a few days and wanted done asap. Called in the morning and they were able to scope and snake and hydro jet and were done by 3pm. Peace a mind all cleaned and just a back up. Aaron and his two other guys were professional and fast and timely and cleaned up, Would use them again.

I had them come out last year 2020, to fix a toilet that kept ghost flushing. A guy came out and said it was the flap, he replaced it and charged me $195. The toilet continued to do the same thing. I replace the fill assembly (thanks to you tube) but it still continued. I was told it is the flapper, found out how to check it, ordered a new one for $5 from Lowe's. When I changed it out, the old flapper is so worn out and overstretched, it doesn't look like it was replaced. When I called them a couple months after they "fixed" it, the lady said she didn't know how much to change the flapper, and

Made an appointment for an estimate. They told me they would be there sometime between 1pm to 3pm. I waited at the property for 2 hours and still no response. I left at 3pm to run an errand and then they call me at 3:30pm. I told them I was waiting for them and I could be back by 4pm, but instead of working with me, they just said no. I wouldn’t even use this company if I was forced to, they’re not punctual or communicative at all. Imagine if I hired them, I’d probably have to wait around for days just to get a response after they tear down all my piping. No thanks and never will I recommend

My water heater went out while I was out of town this past weekend. I called them out Monday morning and they were at my place by 9am. I opted for a new water heater and they had it changed out and operating by noon. Excellent service and a very professional crew! Thank you so much. Incredible service. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a project. I called them on a Sunday asking for help with a leaking water heater, 30 minutes later they had someone on site and 3 hours later the project was completed. Quote, install, clean up, all done in one short afternoon. Seriously nice work. Family business too. Great friendly employees. Thank you Dave and Paul!

We had our plumbing back up inside the house. Yuck! We needed a clean out from the house to the main sewer line. We called All Star and they came out to help. They were on time and were very helpful in showing us that our pipes were full of roots.
The plumber advised us to power jet the pipes to remove the roots. Warning us it was a temporary fix and the roots would return. They also warned us that our pipes would back up again in no time.
Well.....they were right! Five days later on Saturday our pipes backed up again. Lance was the plumber on call and was able to come out within a few hours
