Beware..
The owner of this company will tell you everything you want to hear until you sign. Once you give him a deposit all communication seizes to exist. I had a house built in which I had to check out numerous times finding mistake after mistake. Know he is a one man team who sub-contracts all his work, which is fine. The issue is he doesn't check up periodically on his jobs which has negative impact on the buyer(s). Also poor communication skills. Such as not answering phone/text/ or emails. He'll call you when he wants something. I would NOT recommend using this company for any
