I have been looking for a particular car for a couple months and found one at Tim Short Auto Mall via the Internet. I live in Dallas, TX and called speaking to Roy Eversol. Roy was very frank about the condition of the car, being low mileage and excellent. I studied the photographs carefully and decided to purchase the car not seeing it in person. I wanted to drive the car home to Dallas from Corbin, KY so I had new tires shipped to Tim Short Auto Mall and Roy graciously helped coordinate installation. Dropped my vehicle off and was very pleased to find out that the part my vehicle needed was in stock in which that would speed the process in the repair. The tech noted that the grill shutter was defective and it was replaced in a timely manner. I was called and was told the repair has been completed. I picked my truck up and found the same issue had not been resolved. Then was told that there was other issues going on ... if this was the case , how did the tech conclude the grill shutter was defective? I now have to return for an issue that was not fixed the first time and it is an inconvenience

Bought a new car there this month no issues of course, it was brand new. Bought another car there in the same month 24,000 miles. They brought the second car from London I'm assuming that they had to jump start it at the lot to bring it to me because as soon as I drove it home and parked it the battery was completely dead. I emailed my salesman about it and never received a response back. I've had the car 2 weeks now. Took it to get my tires rotated my tire is un-seamed and there are wires poking out... couldn't see that till the tire was removed. Brake pads are completely gone, need new rotors
