Extremely disappointed in this moving company. Left our glass shower delivery in the middle of our very clear but hill driveway. Bigger delivery trucks have backed up it so I know that's not tge problem. My husband met them and asked them to come the last 45 ft. The replay was "this is as far as the pallet jack goes" well we weren't asking for the pallet jack to come closer just the truck. They then dropped the stuff , hopped in the truck and left. WTH couldn't they back up 45 more ft. Poor service!

They moved us with no apparent breakage or losses though we’re not completely unpacked yet. Staff on both ends of the move we’re friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My only complaints are that it took a week to get our belongings from Maine to Boston and and that the mattresses were not wrapped in protective sleeves.

I called Central Maine Moving and Storage to secure a move with less than 30 days away during heavy moving season. Unfortunately we were not able to make the dates work. However, Scott came to my home and did a quote for me. He was professional, kind, very experienced. He made sure to give me the best option for each moving situation. He also gave me ideas about how to make our move the easiest it could be, even when he wasn't going to make any money for it. I think that speaks to their integrity. Great job!

Everyone at Central was SO helpful tracking the delivery of a swing set for our grandchildren. They specially scheduled a delivery to ensure swing set would be there when assembly crew arrived. Beyond excellent customer service!!!!!!

Our delivery men, Mike and Mike, delivered a very heavy bathroom vanity. They were polite, careful, professional, highly skilled in maneuvering the truck in and out of tight spaces, and placed our vanity right where we asked them to. Central Maine Moving, you're lucky to have such good employees! We had 16 boxes of heavy tiles delivered to our home, and Kenneth and Hunter went the extra mile and hand stacked them all on our front porch (our special request) rather than leave them on the pallet in the driveway. Every box was handled with care and there was no breakage! Thanks guys!

I have used Central Maine Moving & Storage 2 times now. They were amazing everytime. Erik was amazing as the first point of contact and answering all my question and helping me with the process.
Scott came out and did the estimate for the move. We also asked if they could come and get boxes early so we could have room to finish the packing. They had no problem with the quick request and came out and took boxes out and held them for us till we did the final move.

Trudy came to our house to inventory the items we were moving and supply a quote for the move. I was so impressed with her timeliness, friendliness, helpfulness, and all around personable yet professional demeanor. She made the process extremely easy and had the quote to my inbox within 48 hours. I've amended the quote and as always Trudy is prompt, courteous, and reassuring. This move truly is catered to my needs without breaking the bank. They offer full pack services and car moving services (not towing or driving, actually on a truck) and charge by weight, not volume.

I have used CMM for a personal move, business move and hired them to move drywall for a home project. I wish I could give them 10 STARS!
