Beyond satisfied! I had no hope for my dark, dingy worn out wood floors. I contacted FBTS and Adam came out and assured me there was hope. Adam walked me through the entire process of what was to be done leaving no gray area. During the project the team was punctual, communicated what was being done everyday and were extremely clean and neat. I could not be happier with the final result and very happy with choosing FBTS. From our very first meeting it was clear that flooring is Adam's true passion. He took the time to educate us on what we were buying and the importance prep work plays in delivering a quality finished product. Laura and team worked with our ever changing renovation timeline to make sure our floors were installed and completed as soon as possible. The finished product speaks for itself, our floors are by far the showpiece of our home and were worth every penny. Floors by the Shore are true Pro's and I couldn't recommend them more. I highly recommend that you use Floors by the Shore, you won’t be disappointed. FBTS were responsible for removing old, tile, carpet and hardwood floors and replacing them with wide plank European White oak. Adam is very knowledgeable of the flooring industry. Floors by the Shore made my floors look absolutely beautiful. I was building a house and had the entire first & second floor of hardwood that needed to be sanded and stained. Due to lack of HVAC at some points during construction, my floors were cupped and gaped. I was nervous they wouldn't turn out as nice as I had hoped because of this. Adam came out and looked at my floors and told me there was hope! Everyone at Floors by the Shore was a pleasure to work with... they were always on time and clean. I highly recommend Floors by the Shore. I received thoughtful, personalized service through the entire process. I started looking for area rugs and runners for my new home at other locations but was finding limited selection and no assistance. FBTS had a wide variety of styles and materials.
