SLR INDUSTRIES WEST BABYLON still does not respond to my complaints of damaged work they performed at my house. Work was completed in June of 2021 and I'm still waiting. They refuse to fix anything or even talk to me on the phone. All their negative reviews and the BBB rating of B- is just amazing. The foreman on the job was Jorge, I think he would do much better if got a job at a barber shop.

Had Driveway, walkway and garden wall done by SLR. Front office was totally unresponsive with numerous delays, no returned calls for weeks, never showing up and just plain ghosted by owner. Once work was done there were many issues and the completed work looked anything but professional. We were not happy and told the Sales person we could not pay the full amount on the balance and left a small balance open. Left numerous messages and sent many emails to Steve (New Owner) to ask him to come look at the work that was done and we could then settle up. When we still didnt hear from him we

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
They installed 5 concrete slabs. 3 are cracked and chipped after 7 days. Installed a walkway which is higher than the sidewalk where people will trip. They splashed cement on the vinyl siding and left it there. They damaged my leader from the roof which has a permanent leak. They refuse to fix anything.

After slight delays they paved front and side stoops and walks at a cost of $10,000 and were paid in full when finished. Workers were friendly and did a good job. About three months later after first snow storm, riser on bottom step of side stoop crumbled . Called them several times and were told Lou would call back. Never responded so I e-mailed several times with a photo of crumbling step and request they respond or send someone to fixit. Still no response. Second and then third snowstorm and risers on bottom step now disintegrating laying all over walk. Several more phone calls and emails leaving

We needed our front steps, walkway and driveway completely redone. We contacted SLR Industries and they did the job. The work they did is a visual demonstration of skill and craftsmanship. My wife and I were treated in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner. They did everything that they promised they would do. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work within the projected time frame that they gave us and they did this all with no hidden costs or surprise charges. Overall, my family had a terrific experience with the SLR team and we absolutely love our new walkway

Would highly recommend this company for masonry and paver work. It was a true pleasure to work with Mark-from his assistance in designing our driveway to all the steps in completing the work. Any questions we had he always responded in a timely and professional manner and was very easy to deal with. Freddie and his team did an amazing job on the driveway and porch. Very satisfied with the work that was done and planning on using this company again for other projects on our home.

Excellent job done today by SLR. They cleared all my old concrete, dug out iron fencing and graded my whole front yard. My house is on a busy street and this wasn't easy. It looks awesome. Can't wait for the steps and driveway to be done. The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable about the job and requirements with municipalities.

I just had my driveway and brick paver patio installed by SLR Industries Inc. I have to say I was very impressed from the first moment I met the estimator. They gave me a written estimate right on the spot. They took care of everything like true professionals. Without me having to be home they had a complete utility mark out done

This review is long overdue, we hired SLR Industries last July to remove our old driveway and expand it using brick pavers and concrete, replace our old stoop and walkway. SLR came recommended from my wife's co-worker who used them for some masonry work. We were very happy with the finished product as well as all of the workers that showed up to do the job, very professional. Great contractor, I definitely would use them again. Recommended!

SLR did work for me in June 2013. In March of this year we noticed flaking in the concrete apron. We called them to get an estimate and we're told the crews weren't out yet. Then called again in June and was told a crew would check it out when in the neighborhood. A crew came, stood around and left. Fast forward to August and I receive an email stating I was overdue on the final payment of 2 years ago!!!! I contact the office and have to prove that I paid which was by check. Still no estimate. They threw in free sealcoating for my trouble. That crew looked at it and said they would let

SLR's crew did an amazing job on my mother's cement sidewalk and paver driveway and walkway...They took the time to explain all of her masonry needs in detail, quite an education for me as I will be hiring them for my new home soon. I recvd a call from the owner today. He heard about my negative review. I told him all the issues I've been experiencing from day one. He appologized. He agreed that what we've been dealing with isn't okay, even with the gentleman I've been dealing with. He said he will be spoken with. He said crews were on site today. Said he's got a great guy overseeing the job. He asked that I delete my comment but I'm stubborn and won't for a reason but will leave an updated review. Unfortunately I won't use them in the future because I'm worried about the same drama
