We contracted with Frontier to have a few large trees trimmed away from our house. I wasn't at the property while the work was done. When I returned later In the day the work was completed and crew were gone. The work was completed as agreed to but I noticed there was damage to the driveway from the trucks. I contacted the owner about it and he agreed to come over to inspect it for himself. A couple days later he called me and agreed to pay for the repairs. After the repairs were completed I sent him a copy of the invoice and quickly received a check from him for the complete amount

Had them come out for an estimate to remove two trees. Got a reasonable price and said they would call back in a couple weeks.
Called on Friday and was told that I would get a call back the same day. Nothing. Called Monday, said I'd get a call back. Nothing.
If this is how they're are with just returning phone calls, then there's no way I trust them actually coming out when they say they will.

Frontier Tree and Turf were very quick to respond to my needs and set up an appointment for an estimate. On the day of our appointment, I got to the property and waited to meet with someone. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called the office and they said the guy should be there in 10 minutes. I waited some more. After 40 minutes I had to leave. I have not received a phone call or anything from Frontier since. I will not be using them or recommending them again.

Kevin and his team are awesome! They are professional, meticulous in their work and such a dedicated team. They cleared out 10 trees in my back yard in less than a full work day. Many trees were very big and to watch them work was amazing. My neighbors were so impressed. The guys were so nice they worked very hard in cold temps on an overcast day, cleaned up their work site, cleaned up my neighbors yards after the job was done. Highly disappointed in this company! They did wonderful tree work for us a number of years back, so I wanted to use them again this Fall for some basic trimming. Kevin came out reasonably quickly to give me a quote on September 4th, with the understanding that it would be a few weeks before they could do the work due to an open crew position. But it would be before the end of September. When I called the office two weeks later to see where we were in queue, I was told Kevin would get the message and get back to me. Nothing! Kevin Jr. is such a nice young man. Hired him to bring my front yard and trees back to life this Spring and he did an incredible job. Always on schedule, proactive and extremely knowledgeable. Got the work done, never had to call twice and always supplied outstanding suggestions and lawn care advice. My lawn did a complete 180. I probably should have known from the fact that the owner showed up hours late to a five minute estimate with no call (I had to call several them times) that I was on the wrong track with Frontier Tree Service. Nevertheless, when he finally showed up with only a vague apology, he offered a decent price and said that he'd come by to take down the tree in two to three weeks.
