Josh came to clean my carpets and when learning I might be moving in a few months, instead educated my wife and I on how we can keep our carpets cleaned and offered to come back in a couple months so we weren't paying to have the carpets cleaned twice in such a short period. I am so pleased with Legacy carpet/upholstery cleaning. Josh is absolutely professional and kind. Explains everything he'll be doing and the benefit of it. Explains wear and tear of carpet and furniture. My couches came out beautiful. I have a dog and take care of other dogs. They are all over the furniture. The couches were pretty dirty. He takes personal pride in his work. I always prefer using the local guy that owns his company rather than the big franchises. I highly recommend Legacy and Josh! Again thank you so much. Best cleaner anywhere. Had our couch cleaned and it looks better than when I bought it. Had residual wine stains and "kid" stains everywhere. Never did I think it would get this clean. Josh is so professional, timely and knowledgeable. He Knows everything there is to know about carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning. I would recommend them 100% without a doubt. First off, I scheduled an appointment that later I could not meet. Josh was not only understanding he revolves around my work hours and locked in a rescheduled day to come. He was great... he brought his mask and kept social distancing. Josh was very informative and delivered good conversation and expectations. Josh did an amazing job on my chairs! I didn't think they could be saved but I decided to give it a shot. I have 3 kids that use these chairs frequently and it showed. Josh told me right away that he would try his best but for me to expect there to be some stains that's wouldn't lift and I was ok with that. Josh is the best!!! We moved into a brand new commercial space and while moving, a giant potted plant got knocked over. The first picture is what it looked like AFTER we tried to clean it and the other picture is what it looked like after we let Josh take a whack at it. We also left him the key so it would be dry and undisturbed by the time he was done. I can't say enough about Legacy's level of service and excellence in what they do! Also, Josh is completely trustworthy. I won't work with any other company other than Legacy.

Josh from Legacy Carpet did an amazing job on our condo in Dublin on Pioneer Lane. He is very determined to the point he came back a few times because he knew he could get the job done... he was amazing and very passionate about his work. You can tell he takes pride because he came back on his own time to finish what he felt wasn't completed... unfortunately for our carpet it kept wicking the stain that was there back up after it dried. so after a few hours of treating it some of the stain popped up again... This guy is extremely professional and very kind to my carpet! I was about to give up hope for this rug because of my dog'a hair everywhere but Josh assured me that he could make it look brand new.
He was in and out of the house in less than an hour and make sure to vacuum it, deep scrub it, shampoo it, and dry it naturally.
I highly, highly, highly recommend this guy!!!

Josh cleaned two locations for me. A condo I converted to a rental and a new home I moved into. He was great with working into my schedule to make sure the condo was clean for the new tenants and also getting the new house done first so I could move in there. Not to mention he did all of this the week of Thanksgiving.
He cleaned the new location one day and condo the next. Kept me in the loop the entire time and was priced competitively. Carpets look amazing and he was even nice enough to leave behind furniture blocks in case I wanted to move in
