Called to have a squirrel removed from my addition crawl space. Came at the time promised, Mr Smith the owner immediately identified the entry point and what had too be done to trap the squirrel. Mr Smith also inspected the perimeter of my home to ensure there were no other entry points. He followed up in two days as promised to see if an animal was caught, not seeing one added a third trap which did the trick. Sealed hole and painted to match color of siding, left area neat. Pleased with the cost, would recommend and/ or use again.

A few years ago my condo building thought we had a rodent problem, so I contacted Total Pest Control. The owner, Andrayll Smith, was prompt, courteous, professional, and really helpful. He was completely transparent with us about the realities of managing pests in a city, and his advice has been correct every step of the way. We've continued to have maintenance visits a few times a year at a totally reasonable cost. Without exception, every encounter has been top notch. I have always used Yelp to find anything and everything and have never been failed until now. After reading reviews I decided to hire Total Pest Control as we are having a mice issue in our town home. Andryll showed up and just went off of what I reported and determined he thinks we only have one mouse and did not look around for droppings behind furniture, under appliances or even step foot on the top two floors of our house to assess how bad our problem was. I love this company. I initially contacted them because of an ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom. Happens every year and this year I was determined not to mess with the store-bought products that do nothing. After doing some comparison shopping online I went with them because frankly I suddenly felt the other companies were rip offs by comparison. And what I mean by that specifically is the followups Andrayll Smith offers that are rolled up in the cost, while others charge piecemeal.

I had a nest of yellowjackets in the roof over my porch. Normally I'd have left them alone since they're great predators, but they were much too close to my windows and those of my tenant, and I didn't like to take the chance. (My tenant agreed with me, btw, just so you know I'm not a crappy landlord. LOL) I put out a LOT of requests for quotes and information and got back some serious hard sells and ridiculous quotes, particularly from the big-name companies.
