I bought a new Ram from Nucar in November and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Eric O'Keefe and he was a truly great salesman. He made me comfortable throughout the entire process and really worked with me to make a deal. James in finance was also awesome to deal with, it was a low pressure situation and I was not pushed into anything I was not interested in. Highly recommend this dealer even if you have to travel to get here!

For the 60,000 mile recommended inspection, I requested a battery analysis for my Nissan Leaf which costed me $75.00. Unfortunately, the report I received way below my expectation. It only told me the state of battery which I can see for myself on the dashboard - 11 bars out of 12. The report included 3 pages which were identical to each others so not much information - just volume of info. I was hoping to get info on the health of each individual cells in the battery or the at least the distribution of the state of charge thought the cells. I get more and better information using the app LeafSpy

Not trustworthy. I brought my car in for warranty work which was denied by the dealership. They wanted $800 to replace a sensor. I contacted Nissan and they said that the part was covered under warranty and to bring the car back and they would cover the work. When I brought the car in they said they found a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires and both back tires would need to be replaced. I told them not to replace the tires. They also recommended roughly $600 in oil flushes, transmission, differentials, etc. When I got the car home I found the tire with the nail in it, the nail was in the

Matt Pudsey did a great job making sure everything went through as expected! He was courteous and friendly! He kept us informed throughout all the steps, even answering my questions on his day off! He went above and beyond to delight us throughout the entire experience and was upfront and open about all the details involved in buying our new car.
