Blake Riley Homes is a full-service, award-winning design team that has specialized in upgrading Orange County homes for more than 10 years. My wife made an appointment a month in advance through Jimmy for a consultation by Sue for today, and received a confirmation invoice via email. Today was the day of the appointment. Nobody showed up, nobody answered our calls, and nobody responded to our emails. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Blake Riley did the staging for our lake forest house. Decent price with excellent service! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the house looked after staging! Sue and her team are AMAZING. Thoughtful, insightful, talented - they were able to help us in the months before my baby boy was born with our new home. They BUILT a lovely built-in in our entry (ALL our neighbors have asked who we contracted to build it), and meticulously curated pieces for our living room, dining room, entry way and master bedroom. After having our town home on the market for a few weeks, we were getting feedback that buyers were concerned it was too small. It was vacant, and it was hard to imagine the space as livable. Hiring Blake Riley was one of the best decisions. My home was listed on a Thursday and had 5 offers by Sunday. Then under contract by Tuesday.
The design and detail of the staging really helped buyers see the best potential of the home. I had originally thought a clean empty home would be enough, but staging really helped visualize what my home could be for buyers.
Sue and her team are very organized and a pleasure to work with. In the end my home sold for 17k over asking with the buyer wanting to copy the staging in their new home! I would not hesitate to recommend Sue and her team.

We had a pretty massive renovation done to our house with Blake Riley homes. The major components was converting a common restroom to an ensuite bathroom and a hallway closet to a powder room. Working with Sue and the rest of the crew was awesome. Sue was very attentive to our needs and was spot on with what we wanted. Blake Riley redid our downstairs guest room that we used as storage and made it into an awesome office/man-cave. They paid a lot of attention to details and nothing went unnoticed. Sue is amazing! I first found her through Instagram and messaged her to help me stage my old house! She did an amazing job and she is really easy to work with. She gave me great tips for what's in trend for home decorations and the house got a lot of compliments during the open house (got offers within the first couple of weeks) and from other home owners. Sue helped us on two occasions. First, she did a stellar job staging our house to put on the market. Our house sold within weeks and a big credit goes to Sue's staging talents. She went through each room of our house and told us what needed to go, stay, move, etc. She later came back for tweaking and put the finishing touches before our open house.
