I called for a quote based on the reviews. No one called me back. When I called them again they committed to providing a quote. I called again and again but never heard back. Don't waste your time and be fooled by the reviews like I was.
Bama Roofing did what these guys didn't and delivered as promised. They answer calls and know how to treat people.

I noticed some shingles had been ripped off my roof in a storm. Called Premier that day to schedule an appointment. They arrived at my house the very next day at the scheduled time.

Chris was very helpful with scheduling an appoint to go over the roof issues I had. Shane and Chris were on time and provided me with the information I needed. Since I was unable to see the roof damage I had, Shane provided me with pictures which clearly showed me the issues I had. Based on their current work load, they said it would sometime the following week before they could do the work. To my surprise Shane showed up first thing Monday morning. Since I wasn't there when the work was being done, Shane and I stayed in touch over the phone. When he ran into some unforeseen deck damage he called

I'm way over-due on posting this review. Shane and his crew installed a new roof on a house we bought last April. It's beautiful, high-quality work, and at a very reasonable price. Our neighbors were so impressed by the efficiency and the workmanship that they hired Premier to do their roof, too. This is THE roofing company to use in Tuscaloosa. Chris called me after I submitted some information on their website and he sent out a crew to take a look at my roof. He called me back and discussed the cost and repair that they would do. I replied to the invoice advising that I wanted the service done at the price. Over three months later and I have not heard from them. Not a phone call or an email. The company seemed to be very on top of it until they just all of a sudden weren't. Unfortunate for sure....

I highly recommend this company! I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no scattered roofing nails or trash once the jobs was completed. I had expected to park my car across street to save my tires while the job was going on, but the employees were very neat! Price was fair and very competitive. Would definitely use this company again for future roofing needs!

2020 has been rough for everyone. It's taken a very long time to get on Shane's schedule, but he's a good guy and eventually got in touch. I trust they'll do the same expert job they've done in all the past work done for me. It might taken longer than usual to get on his schedule, but it's worth the wait for someone you can trust.
