I contacted Javier as I needed to have an electrical box removed as well as a non-working outlet fixed. Javier's quotes were the most competitive. He's extremely professional, responsive and an honest contractor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have electrical work done fast and efficiently.

I realize small businesses are super busy and more importantly strapped for resources but communication is importantly and this was a fail with CSI. We were scheduled to have the work done (one week lead time) and I was cancelled on after I followed up to confirm the time they were coming. I need to get this circuit installed for my car this weekend and now I am scheduled with another electrician. I fully understand that things happen but it would have been helpful to know they weren't available earlier in the week. There are many electricians out there so I would not suggest CSI unless you

Javier is great to work with. As busy as he gets, he keeps up with the communication. We had him and guys do an electrical panel replacement along with plug rewires, installing cameras, moving and replacing the location of our water heater. Also hired him to fix a sinking toilet! Yes! Sinking toilet. Wooden supports under the home were rotting away due to a leak. On a Sunday, we we had an emergency that needed to be fixed. He got one of his guys out there in a couple of hours and fixed with in no time. CSI is highly recommended.

I just had work completed and couldn't be happier. Very professional. Not only was the work done in a very proficient manner, Javier was delightful to work with and was very reasonable. I would recommend him highly. He didn't leave the job until he made sure everything was working one hundred percent. He can count on me to use his services in the future.

Sent a message over yelp for a problem I was having with my bathroom lights. It felt like something really simple but I couldn't quite figure it out. I got a reply from Javier to check something and I was able to figure out my problem without having someone come by to help. I appreciate their honesty and help with something small that they could've just come by and charged me for, but instead just a quick message over yelp solved it. They will have my business for any future electrical problems in my home!
