A Garage Door & More

A+ Garage Doors came to my 73 year old Mother's home because her garage door was down. They "fixed" it, charged her $450 which she paid, and 2 days later it had fallen down, they said they were coming back but instead will not answer or respond to our calls. They did not replace the track, rollers, or panels. They initially replaced the cable, came back cut it and now won't answer. Never do business with these crooks who take advantage of our elderly.

I just wanted to apologize to them for setting an appointment only for them to ignore it and not give me any update. Just a no call, no show thanks a whole bunch for ignoring my appointment time. Thanks for nothing, i will go and find a company that wants my business.

Excellent experience. Prompt. Courteous. Told me exactly what I needed as it was not what I thought (I had no clue). Very up front with pricing, warranty and expectations. Very highly recommend.
