I asked about my warranty, I was directed 2 times to 2 different people, and no one gave me a complete answer of my options. And on person directed me to another saying that they could have helped me from the get go. The parts department never followed up with me, and never returned me phone calls about a sun visor that was broken.

This is the worst new car sales department I have ever dealt with. I am end of lease on a Chevy truck and I'm shopping around with different dealerships, trying to find the truck that I want and the best deal. I called the dealership and spoke with someone named Ryan. After telling Ryan what I was looking for, we ended the conversation and all communication shifted to texting. Which seemed to be the only thing he was comfortable with. We went back and forth, with me telling him the specs of the truck I'm looking for and giving him all the details on my trade-in, and I asked him to work some numbers

Their service department leaves much to be desired
My husband's truck has been there twice for repair for the same issue. Both times the truck has been there for two weeks at a time. We have delayed moving due to the fact we don't have his truck. Who takes two weeks to fix a car. Different excuses for not

I honestly can’t believe there still in business. My son bought a used 2015 car off there lot in the contract he was charged fees for the registration. He bought the car in Nov or Dec 2020. March 2021 his tags were do DMV sent him a letter stating there was an incomplete registration in progress meaning that they never finished The process of registering the vehicle that they sold my son we have gone down there many times and we keep getting the runaround no one can seem to get a hold of their own employees or they’re busy in a meeting so looks like my son is going to get an attorney to get

Well....to start with they asked me for $249.00 for al oil change! When I protested I was told that was a mistake and it would be $139.00 then they charged me $169.00.
I asked for two additional things, I had lost a hub cap and I asked that the new one I had be put on...i was told they could not get it on and the broke one of the tabs. Second asked them to check a TPS because I thought the battery was low (it comes and goes on the display) they said they could find no problem....it failed less than 10 miles down the road!
In the past I have always received good service at a reasonable price,

I told the service advisor, Erick, that the particulate mater sensor was not working and the check engine light was on. The sensor was replaced. The sensor cost $293.84 and labor $450. I also had the transmission oil and filter replaced for $159.95 . I asked several times if they couldn't fix my hands free dialing on my radio. They did not fix it. Erick said that they don't know how to fix it but will look into it and get back to me.

Erick was very helpful. He checked in my vehicle quickly. He told me he would call me when it was done. He said it would take about 1.5hrs after I asked him when I would expect the call back from him. He did as he said and called me just before the 1.5hrs mark. This was exceptional as in my past experience, I do not get a call until 20-30mins before closing time even after leaving my vehicle in the morning for the same service.

I was visiting your area and for some unknown reason my drive line U-Joint broke on my newer GMC truck. A big surprise for a 3500. This dealership got me right in ordered the parts and had it fixed in 4 days. A holiday weekend too. The service manager was great and the service rep was friendly and helpful. The only things lacking was no loaner car available for a warrantee repair so I spent a couple hundred dollars on a rental car. Also status communication could have been better, I didn't hear what was going on for 3 days so I finally had to call. The cause of the failure was never found so that

CHOOSING IMPERIAL VALLEY CHEVROLET WAS ABSOLUTELY MY FIRST WORST DECISION FOR THE 2020 NEW YEAR. Let me start off by saying that I purchased my first brand new vehicle from this place and have since then purchased a total of three brand new vehicles and one used vehicle from these guys over the years. My last two vehicles that I purchased were high priced GMC Yukon's for my wife. Due to the fact that my Yukon's have for the most part been problem free, I never really had to deal with the service department. UNTIL NOW. My Yukon had some steering issues and I foolishly decided to chose Imperial Valley
