Satisfied customer; I would purchase the same chair from M. Dietz & Sons again.
MD&S shipped a single chair to me in Washington state for use in my home. The company responded to my inquiries quickly and clearly, making the purchase pain-free. Top marks for communication and helpfulness.
The Model 348 fan back side chair with padded seat is well constructed and sturdy. In comparison with similarly priced or more expensive chairs at the furniture store, this chair is more solidly built.
The chair was well protected for shipping, with added layers of bubble wrap and thin sheets of protective wood

We have nothing but the best to say about Ken and Steve at Deitz & Sons. We’ve ordered all our bentwood restaurant chairs and bar stools from them, and the quality and service is top notch. We recently had to put through a rush order of 30 more chairs, and they went above and beyond to meet our deadline. Rare to find great quality, fair pricing and excellent customer service these days. Highly recommend!
