This is my first online review but felt I had no other option at this time. I had Sentinel Security install alarm Systems in two properties about 6 years ago. I recently discovered they hadn’t received a signal from my alarm system for the past 10 months yet I have paid my monitoring bill monthly. I have repeatedly tried to contact the office manager and owner for the past 5 months to discuss the issue but they refuse to return my phone calls. I have decided to switch to a different company as I have lost confidence and trust in the ownership. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone use this

I cannot say enough good things about Sentinel Security Solutions. Everyone from Rachel on customer service all the way to Joe, Scott and Daniel on the technical side. They all do an exceptional job. Daniel goes above and beyond to get the job done. I mention one thing and he always takes the time to make sure everything is running smoothly and effectively. Same goes for Scott and Joe. Had a long lasting issue that Joe and Scott were able to accomplish using their amazing teamwork skills. Scott would not quit until it was resolved. Love all the attentive technicians they send out. We have used Sentinel Security for our home security and automation needs in both Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo for the past 6 years. As a mom, I truly feel safer knowing that help is available at any time. We also love the many automation, energy, and entertainment features. Seriously - don't waste your time with the DIY systems. Sentinel is the best!
