They lacked professionalism when confronted. Jennifer especially. Insulted us and basically called us poor for thinking 5,000 was a lot of money. we purchased cabinets from them and when they were ready to be picked up, they were all out of the bubble wrap and boxes and completely dinged and scratched. Jennifer and her boss told us to deal with it. One of the warehouse workers witnessed the banter back and forth and when it was over decided to come speak to me in which he said he felt bad because he witnesses this behavior from his boss and coworker all the time. scammers. they get salty when you

There's a lot of miscommunications with them. My countertops were supposed to have a different edge and not be rounded- I even reminded them. They took my old counter to template and I told him I didn't want the same shape and he said he knew. When they installed them I wasn't home- when I saw them installed I said it again and they said "oh no that's what you said". Also a lot of back and forth with many different people.

After traveling to many places from big box stores to businesses geared toward just the certain areas we where in need of we decided to stop in..Well most say staff greeted us.Show room very clean & orginazed.The staff was refreshing as no high pressure & gave us their thoughts but never tried to force a product or a final call on which way to goes.It did not spot there once we choose to use their service the installers where extremly clean,friendly,& informative.This was an extremly wonderful experience & will hopefully use them again for our bathroom.Again extremly pleased they gave my wife the

I was referred to L and Z by the plumbing supply store we used for a bathroom remodel as they didn't have any vanities in our price range.
We purchased a double white vanity for our kids bathroom. Our sales rep was thorough with the configuration and priced on the spot. We ordered the same day and it was in prior to the committed delivery date. The vanity is perfect and I would absolutely recommend L and Z.

They did two projects for me so far. They did a granite back splash installation for me in my home and a kitchenette in my office. I couldn't be happier!
