I would reduce the star to 1/2 or even a negative, but not available. Ordered a product by phone.... once arrived, determined it was not quite what I needed. Jayne assured me that these were very strong over the phone, but once received they are not strong enough for our needs. Only then was I informed of the return policy, (buried on the privacy/terms & conditions page- at the very BOTTOM), no verbal or invoice notice. Be very sure of what you want, because they keep at least 25% for a restocking fee, and only allow exchanges. Huge waste of money and little or no customer support. Totally ignore
