The Window Men did a superb job in replacing my windows, gutters, and some vinyl siding. It looks absolutely beautiful.
It took longer than usual due to COVID and the delays in the supply chain but the team was always professional and responsive and really good at their craft.
Many thanks to the Federico family and the staff who completed the job. They were all good people and also fun to be around.

Didn't show up for our 1st appointment, I gave a 2nd chance rescheduled they took measurements gave me a quote and when I called to schedule tthe window fix they gave me a run around never called back finally 2 weeks later I called again and they said my project was to small so they wouldn't do it. Meanwhile they wasted 3 weeks of my time

Outstanding job from start to finish replacing the windows at my father's home in Lynchburg. The estimate was fair and accurate. The quality of the windows was excellent. Rodney did a great job with the install. Kind, courteous, and skilled. We could not ask for a better experience. I am not affiliated with this business in any way, just a delighted customer.

We have used The Window Men for 2 homes and their service and products were excellent. Our most recent work 12/2019) was converting our screened porch into a sun room. We also added 3 doors to match and coordinate with the existing Windows that they had replaced in 2014. We could not have asked for a more exceptional job. They have always been reliable, honest and any issues have been resolved (doorknob was sent and was not correct color - this was a mistake by the company that sent the order, not the Window Men). I read about the "customer services" issue and that is no longer a problem - that

They continue to give you the run around and the owner Tim has no clue what’s going on. Tim says to call tomorrow and talk to the secretary when she’s in. Worst service in Lynchburg. Go to abc supply and hire a real window company to install and service windows.

I will never use this company again. Their invoice, with the job for 5 replacement windows, claims they will inspect the area once the old window is removed to check for rotted wood. The invoice says "additional carpentry work may be needed and we will contact you to discuss." The invoice also says they will insulate and seal as needed. Well, neither got done. 18 months after the job, my tenant moved out and we discover the windows have leaked inside the walls the whole time because the metal wrapping was not sealed correctly. Also, we reveal rotten wood that should not be there at all

Do not work with this company. My experience was full of delays, wrong orders, lack of communication, and nebulous paperwork. Seven months later I have a faulty storm door, mismatched handles, doors installed that were different than I ordered (but who can prove it because I don't even have the paperwork for it), and a pending final issues list that I gave to the company 2 and a half months ago still unaddressed.

I cannot rate their work because they have not done any for me. However, if their work is as bad as their customer service save yourself the aggravation and find some other firm. The Window Men sent an estimator to my home. He said he would return with their window replacement experts. Three weeks later, having heard nothing from them, I called to get them moving on my project. Their salesman promised to get on it right away. One month later NOTHING! I'm assuming these people don't want the work.
