Owner is super awesome, available and helpful. 1000% would recommend. Because of various business moves & personal moves in the last 15 years, I have sampled a fair many # of Asheville area storage places. None were really bad but Mountain Lock Storage has been the best. They even helped me when I lost the key to my units lock.

I highly recommend Mountain Lock Storage! The owner is incredibly friendly, professional, reasonably priced, accommodating and easily accessible. The storage units we rented were clean and in a temperature controlled environment so my stuff didn't get ruined. An all around positive experience!!

Shawn is a super nice guy and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I like his facility so well that I rent 2 storage lockers from him. The climate control, security cameras, and electronic door locks are just icing on the cake!

The building and units are neat and clean, access is good and the building is secure with camera surveillance and a resident manager. pricing is fair and the owner is a great guy, friendly and accommodating. no need to look any further to fulfill my storage requirements.
