Ordered replacement glass from them. Waited weeks for them to call me to install it, then I had to call them to find out that the product had already arrived at their location, so couldn't understand why I had to call them to set up installation date. On the day they were to come, they wouldn't or couldn't even tell me if they were coming in the morning or afternoon.
Not very user friendly if you ask me.
Their phone receptionist doesn't project a helpful attitude and is sounds irritable and rude.

I had to take a day off work to get a window repaired. I had scheduled it a week prior and talked to them the day before the were to arrive. The next day after I had stayed home from work, they didn't show up. I had already paid for the glass panel; to be ordered or would call someone else. 4 weeks and no repair done.

I’m not certain why getting a small glass repair turned into no-shows, but it did. I called after Thanksgiving to have a single pane window replaced and was told that it would be take care of just a few days later. Those days came and gone and I never heard from them. I called them back. I was told they would have someone take care of it that day. Once again Nothing... I called the following week to verify just in case I misunderstood in addition to giving a credit card and agreed to pay the extra fee for them to come out to measure the pane. I was told it would be taken care of that week. Once

Jones Glass did an ok job on the windows they replaced in my home, but they were incredibly difficult to work with and customer service was nonexistent. An employee came to measure the windows with broken seals that needed replacing but evidently did not make any kind of notes about which glass was defective. He spoke to my husband and looked at the inside and outside of the house. Months later when the employees came to fix the windows, they asked me which windows they were supposed to replace. I said that I didn’t know which windows were supposed to be replaced, so the

This is a great company, and I couldn’t imagine doing my glass oriented business elsewhere. The employees are top notch and have always been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had them do everything from replace entire commercial store fronts to installing residential shower stalls to cutting simple replacement window panes. Each and every job was completed to my absolute satisfaction.

Obnoxious, rude, mean, ignorant simply put.
I had to deal with this company today, I talked to some lady at first. They wanted all info, all about the work but when I had just one simple question she was NOT able answer. She said just a minute. So, I though she is going to ask the question and will get back to me as most companies do.
Than suddenly some rude guy gets the phone and states " what do you want??!!" I asked him who is he and that I was just talking to a lady that was to answer my question. He said that she is in training and he started asking me the same questions all (
