Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
2 star for responsiveness & punctuality. Took over 2.5 hours to figure out the part would not work. Could have called the 1-800 parts number on the unit immediately upon arrival but didn’t resulting in me paying him 1.5 hours extra! I would never use Conrad or recommend him!

I noticed a plumbing problem on a Friday night. I called and after discussing the problem with Mr. Conrad, it was decided that the issue could wait until the next day. Mr. Conrad arrived promptly at 8am Saturday and fixed my leak and corrected a design flaw too. The experience was great and the problem fixed. I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Take my word, Conrad is professional and doesn’t mince or hedge. He thoroughly explained my issue, and then repaired it without delay.
