I had another pool control valve go bad and called on Aqua Doc Pool Clinic for the repair. John came out and had the valve fixed quickly and efficiently. This is my second time using Aqua Doc and John was the technician both times. He knows his stuff and I will now always use Aqua Doc Pool Clinic for my pool equipment repairs.

We signed the contract with them to re-surface the pool in June of 2020. The sales rep told us the company could also re-surface the lanai with spray-crete as well as re-paint the screen cage. We opted to skip the re-painting of the cage as we had our own painter, but we were happy to proceed with the pool and lanai resurfacing at the cost of $13,691. The sales rep, Josie, was very professional and made us comfortable with her presentation, explaining the process thoroughly and answering our questions. I was told that I would receive photos of the progress of the job and regular updates. Instead

Showed up for a renovation quote on 2/2/21, told me it would be several months before the job could start. Now 4 and a half months later they have done absolutely NOTHING except make me wait. And upon my phone call to them, they don't do that anymore. So anyone needing pool reno, don't call them!!!
I will now have to join the back of the line at another company and wait again. Absolutely horrible customer service, I guess they don't need anymore business.

Aqua Doc completely renovated our pool and spa. They fixed the leaks, resurfaced the plaster, put in new tile and coping, a granite spillway on the spa and put pavers around the pool and on the lanai. We are extremely happy with the outcome and with the entire process of the renovation. Every stage of the job was on time. All of the crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Special kudos to Dan and the tile crew who were amazing! And the price was extremely reasonable too! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a pool that was literally green and Ashley and Josh from the Dearborn office came and treated the pool really aggressively, and got it back to it's beautiful blue self after 3 visits. Ashley was great-she knows what she's doing, takes pride in her work and always explains everything to us. I believe Josh was still in training, so he's learning from the best :-)

I wish I even had the chance to review their actual work but unfortunately no one is interested in helping us to build our pool.
It took multiple calls to have someone come out to do an estimate. Then it took weeks and multiple calls and emails to have the estimate sent. When we opened the estimate, we were shocked to see an extremely high quote for a cage that was separate from the pool itself. It then took multiple emails to get a response on that, only to be told that it was an error and they would re do it. Guess what? 8 days later there is no corrected estimate.

We had a lanai that was slippery and an old quartz pool with cracked tiles and a dingy surface. We had a few estimates from other companies and finally, one from Josie at Aqua Doc. She sold us right away with her honesty and knowledge. The workers were awesome, as well. They were prompt, skilled, and they cleaned up the mess every day. We are completely happy with the beautiful result. I am including before and after photos.

Not a happy customer. We used Aquadoc for a pool resurfacing project along with deck pavers. They may be good at weekly pool service, but for a major renovation, I would not recommend.
Issues constantly arose with lack of communication from the office to the workers and there was no coordination between the crews. The paver crew was a bunch of slobs and no one spoke English so we couldn’t explain what needed to be done since the office obviously didn’t communicate what was needed. We tried several times to find out if there was a project manager but my husband ended up being one.

Terrible company resurfaced my pool in 2014 with Stonescapes and almost immediately it was looking discolored I called them numerous times to no avail they would not come out. Than it developed a 4 inch crack on the step looked awful! I had to hire Southwest Pools and have the pool totally resurfaced and Southwest told me that Aqua Doc never put on a base coat. And thats going to cost me more money because of it. Would love to sue this terrible company they should not be allowed to be in business. ..

Having the same issue as previous poster. Aqua Doc resurfaced our pool three years ago and won't honor the warranty. Pool surface has delaminated and they claim company was sold and has new owner who doesn't warranty previous work. Funny it says they have been in business over 30 years. Stay away from them unless you want to resurface your pool every couple of years.

Awful company! Aqua Doc resurfaced my pool several years ago and the Stonescape finish started to delaminate about a year later. They came back to repair the delaminated areas but they couldn't match the same color. The pool continued to badly delaminate in other areas. Called Aqua Doc again about the problem and they told me they wouldn't honor the lifetime warranty they initially gave me. Unfortunately time to talk to a lawyer.

We have been using Aqua Doc for about 8 years. We have nothing but positive experiences. Our technician, Kailey, is like clockwork every Tuesday afternoon. She is so thorough and really takes an interest in our pool. As seasonal owners, we are so comfortable leaving the pool in her care. She also has great support from the Aqua Doc team if anything big needs to be looked at. Thank you Kailey!
