Hannabery HVAC was originally established in 1972 as Hannabery Electric and incorporated in 1976 as Hannabery Electric, Inc. At that time we were an electrical contractor, specializing in residential wiring. In the early 1980's we began installing central air conditioning systems, and by the mid 1980's became quite involved in the "re-introduction" of the electric heat pump.
Today's technicians have the difficult task of having to keep up with all of the different types of heating and air conditioning systems, different Makes and Models, and the ever-changing technology; including computerized controls, sensors, and electronics, wireless, even Bluetooth devices. In our opinion Hannabery is truly the best, most trustworthy HVAC service in the Lehigh Valley. From the initial phone call to the friendly and helpful real live Receptionist, to the knowledgeable, professional amazingly helpful Service Dept, who in turn troubleshot our issue at length over the phone. Worked with us very patiently to find a date that worked for a service call, to the well trained professional technicians who came out to our home. Last year our AC fan was running but no cold air was coming out. I called Hannabery because they originally installed the system when the home was built 4 years ago.
They concluded there was no refrigerant due to a leak in the evaporator coil in the basement. We approved a replacement coil at over $1,000. The system did work for the remainder of the summer.
Again this year at startup, there was no cooling. The young man who came out to provide service spent more than two hours looking for a leak and talking to the office on the phone. I am not sure how experienced he was, which is understandable

The Service Person was very Courteous and Helpful. He answered all my questions and went beyond normal to satisfy my concerns with the amount of ventilation in one of the bedrooms. He checked the air flow and return air flow and showed me the results and was very professional. I would highly recommend him.
