Tim and the crew showed up when we needed them to pump out water in our basement and they did decent work for us in our time of need. We put a $1,000 deposit with Tim. After 3-4 hours of work, the crew left. The next day, I called Tim and let him know that we'd be going a different direction for any future services and we decided to go with a different restoration company for any future work. Tim was fine with that and told me he would settle up on our bill. After calling Tim 4-5 times to settle up on the work completed in exchange for the deposit placed over a 6-8 week period, he has yet to settle

Windy Brook has contracted us to do a solarium re-glaze as a sub-contractor in September 2017.We replaced all the windows as requested. This was in Northern Michigan and was quite a drive from our office in Lansing Michigan. They have still neglected to pay us after numerous attempts. They currently owe us over $3,000. I would think twice about hiring this company for any work, with their lack of integrity.
