On this bathroom remodel we installed a Nuheat cable floor heating system. After applying Custom's LevelQuik latex primer to the sub-floor, we then laced the heating wire in the main traffic areas of the bathroom. The next step of the process was to cover the wire using Custom's LevelQuik RS self-leveling underlayment to create a smooth and level floor.
We applied Redgard Waterproofing membrane to all the vertical surfaces prior to tile installation. The floor was then covered in Scheluter Ditra uncoupling membrane to create a waterproof and crack resistant surface. The room was tiled with a beautiful white Thassos marble 12"x12".
