I would strongly recommend Western Mechanical. They replaced my old furnace and AC system with a new system. The install was perfect and the crew (Patrick) was amazing! Craftsmanship and quality of work was superior. In addition, they came in at the lowest bid, which normally I would be hesitant to go with, but it was clear that they had the technical expertise and strong customer service (Thanks Kris!) that made me comfortable with their bid. I'm an Engineer, and my Father was a contractor where I spent 20 years working in all trades. I naturally have high expectations when it comes to any contract

I just needed a part and it wasn't a very big order, but they took very good care to make sure I got what I needed and it was less money than buying it online. Thank you Western Mechanical - I am not freezig while waiting for a part to be ordered and shipped!

Very unprofessional. They installed a new air conditioner and a new furnace. They did not clean up in any of the areas they worked. They broke a florescence tube and said nothing about it. Two holes they made through the outside wall were only partly sealed.
I called and asked for a supervisor to come out. He made me more upset than the workers did. He said this is a BRAG job isn't it; like that should make any difference. Twice he said this is a construction site; no it is my home and it is where I live. When I showed him the broken tube he said "if they broke it". So I am a liar

After getting bids from 2 big companies we had Kris give us a bid and it was almost half what the others were charging. They were willing to travel to Springville and got the job done in less than 2 weeks and I’m half the time we were expecting. They went above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend these guys!

I met Kris Egbert in the Western Mechanical parking lot early Monday morning. He had crews going every direction. He stopped what he was doing, tested a capacitor and two fuses which needed to be replaced. He had me on my way in 5 minutes. AC working fine again. Thank you, Kris and Western Mechanical!!

Kris and his crew operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism. They dismantled and disposed of an 80 year old boiler system, relocated and reconfigured some utilities, and installed duct work, ac, and heating. They stand by their work and we couldn't be more grateful for the new system. Highly recommend.

Completely disappointed of this company's costumer service. I will not be using Western Mechanical for any of my concerns in the future.
When you enter a customer home a company has to earn a customer's trust and be respectful to the customer.

They have been great to help out our home when we've had air conditioning and heating issues!

My A/C was not work and they came out the same day and and fixed my broken compressor. Another time they came out and installed a new smart thermostat in my upstairs zone. Hooked it up the wifi and made sure everything was working. They make their own filters which are great.
