Septic pump service -
The were prompt on returning my call. My area is not typically serviced by them but he took my name and number and said he would try to work it in later in the week. Other companies told me they were at least a week out. I was surprised to get a call the next day scheduling it. They showed up timely and even gave me a pointer on how to install 20” septic rings and lid so I wouldn’t have to dig to get access to a persistent area where my issue has been the last 3 times.

We thought our system needed pumped out, but we actually had a clog in the main line out to the tank. Bluegrass Septic was right there to help us out and stuck with it until we were free and clear. They've always been there when we needed them for our regular service too.

Glenn gave a great overview of his potential tasks for our septic system over the phone. We spoke for 30 minutes! He came out the same day and within 1 hour had our system running smooth. Very happy with the service provided by Glen. We were having trouble with our septic system, and he did his very best to help us out. We have an old system that will probably have to be closed. Still he came out as quickly as possible and was able to get us up and running for the time being. Would highly recommend!

I called to have them pump my septic tank. They came over the next day and took care of it. We just bought the house a couple of months ago and they were very knowledgeable and gave me info on the system I wasn’t aware of. I’ll definitely call them for any needs they service again.

Glen with Bluegrass Septic went way above and beyond in helping us figure out an issue we thought was a problem with our septic tank. He not only called me back promptly he talked to me in great length to determine what the problem might be. Glen even sent one of the workers to stop by to check the system that same day even though it wasn’t an emergency situation. The issue ended up being an easy fix and was instructed how to remedy the problem. Glen even called back that evening to check in. I was so impressed with his professionalism and honesty and will definitely be using Bluegrass Septic

Never having a septic system before, I was not sure what to expect. The professionals at Bluegrass Septic Service went above and beyond answering all my questions. They did a great job, showed me my clean tank, and left the work site as clean as they found it.
They taught me how to clean my filter and provided additives for my tank as a service. I would give them 6 stars if possible and highly recommend them for any septic needs!

I wanted to take a moment to tell how much I appreciated Glenn's knowledgeable and professional advice and compassion to help me attempt to solve a septic issue I was having on an 70 year old home with a non functioning septic system. Although we determined at that time his service could not solve my issues he spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me, educating me about septic systems, possible solutions and future avenues to pursue. He even spoke with me 2 more times during the day ( at no cost to me) to answer questions we had as we worked to try to salvage something of the older system Each

The service provided was excellent. We had our septic tank pumped less than a year ago. It started acting up again and after some research we realized that the company we used before did not do the job properly and remove the sludge from the bottom. Bluegrass Septic was able to come out the very next day and pump our tank properly using tools to ensure all the sludge was removed. They than verified everything was working correctly before they left. They will be receiving all of our business from now on.
