Del Rey Paving was awarded a contract to install a ADA handicap parking stall by Pera Tile. While installing the handicap stall the customer came out and told me, she wanted us to do the work her way. I told her that I was to install the handicap per ADA standards because I the contractor liable for the work performed, when the time came for payment she told us to get out of the property and told me she wasn't going to pay me, because I didn't do it her way. Del Rey Paving has taken action and put a lien on the property and what we found in the progress is that she doesn't even own the property
