Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. If your payment is not received by the end of the day on the 5th, a late fee of $20 will be charged. We will send you a notice via email or we can send you an actual paper bill by request for an additional price. Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, living plants or animals, flammable, explosive, or illicit materials.

I’ve been using Belle Hill Storage for several years and never had any problems! The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly! While on hold trying to make a reservation on April 5th for an April 16th arrival, I emailed them saying I was on hold and having difficulty getting through. Their customer service promptly called me and we made arrangements for a 5x10 outside access unit for $90.
Upon arrival on April 16th, I was told my reservation expired. What does that even mean??! The gentleman in office had no unit waiting or one similar. So I was “forced” to take a 10x15 outside access for two weeks for basically the same price as the 5x10 for a full month. The gentleman in the office told me he would phone his boss

This is one of the best places around for storage. It's very safe, cameras everywhere, the price is affordable and there is lots of space when driving in and out of the facility. It's always super clean and the staff is amazing and friendly. No matter if you're looking for a month of storage or a year, I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.
