Founded in 1999, Jim's Painting Services provides custom interior and exterior painting and excellence in customer service to Citrus Heights, California. Owner Jim Smith started painting in 1992, working with a family-owned company doing painting, electrical, plumbing and other handyman work. He also worked for Raley's as a courtesy clerk, where he developed his love for people and customer service.
Jim's Painting Services offers custom interior and exterior painting to the Greater Sacramento Area and beyond. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to our customers. We are environmentally cautious, and are careful to protect your plants, concrete, flooring and carpet, furniture, and personal items.

Had an appointment with him to come do an estimate and he was a no show/no call. Got a hold of him later that day and rescheduled the appointment for the following day. Again, no show, no call and he didn’t even answer his phone. So if you are looking for someone dependable and professional, look elsewhere. It was a big waste of time.

Jim and his crew did an outstanding job painting my home interior. Jim provided an estimate quickly, and scheduled work to begin a few days after I accepted the estimate. On the day work was to begin Jim and his crew arrived on time. He then accommodated a late request from me to remove the popcorn ceiling that was present in most of the home. Jim's crew worked efficiently, and completed the job in three days. One day to remove the popcorn ceiling, and two days to prime and paint the home interior. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Had my house painted in September and they did a great job. They spent one day prepping and the next day painting. Job was done professionally and with attention to detail. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I barely had to clean up!! Would recommend to anyone in the Sacramento area.

Jim's expert crew arrived on time, completed the work in the estimated time and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and craftsmanship. Every unpainted surface and fixture was protected, the quality of the work was the highest level and the attention to detail incredible. They painted the entire inside of my home including 30 foot vaulted ceilings and 2 hard to reach skylights. When they were finished, my home was as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend Jim's Painting Service for any internal or external painting project. I intend to hire Jim
