Steve, Sean and the crew were initially very professional through our stressful time of having a huge mess in our kitchen. They assured us they would work through our insurance claim when we had a leak and mold from our dishwasher leaking. They initially did not disappoint. They were very professional to deal with at first.
Update on the service... terrible!!! They cannot give a customer a straight answer about when the work will be done. They wouldn't give an answer as to how much the work would cost. They were trying to nickel and dime us for extra money on top of what USAA was going to

A somewhat detailed repair was needed in a home I just purchased, requiring various skills. This company was referred to us as a preferred contractor/vendor by our insurance company for water damage cleaning & restoration. They promised that they could get any carpet I wanted at a price less than what I could get at the store as they moved so much product. They removed the base boards in the affected area of our home and the kick plate to the bathroom vanity. They spent way too much time measuring every single base board, wall, floor ceiling, etc. of the entire home even though the damage only affected a portion of the home. Every time I called, the "project manager" had no idea what

To rate this HORRIBLE experience I had to give 1 star otherwise you can't rate them. This company was recommended by our USAA insurance, people DON'T use them!!!! They totally over bid in that they bid things they didn't do. I stayed the whole time work was done and they still didn't do what was approved for by USAA, although they bid it out and got paid. I can only imagine how many people have been SCREWED by this company who just let these people in their homes unsupervised. The right hand has ZERO idea what the left hand is doing in this company!! USAA ended up canceling several checks to this

Theu were recommended by USAA and I can't say enough bad about them. It's been terrible experience with this company. They do not communicate well at all. They collect the money fast but to do the work it takes forever. Our damage happened in July and we are now in October and still have yet to finish their job.

This business completely restored my home after a major water damage. I can't tell you how professional and experienced these people were with me. They simply went beyond the call of duty....My house was literally destroyed and they brought it back to better than its original state. I don't know how to thank them for turning a traumatizing and nightmare situation into my dream home!
