As a Senior Property Manager, I've worked with a number of roofing companies and I can say that I had a pleasant professional experience with Central Roofing. I had the pleasure to work with Tim Jones and Felipe Osuna installing two new Coating Polyester Reinforced Emulsion Roofs. Felipe went above expectations to maintain the buildings clean during the roof projects and updated on the progress as needed. The working crew was respectful. The job was done on time and roofs look great. Felipe and Tim shared before and after pictures, which look great. I will definitely use Central Roofing again

As a woman, it is always a challenge finding an honest vendor that is not trying to scare you into spending all of your money. Dave Wilkes came out to our commercial property in Irvine to give us a quote for our roughly 20,000 square foot roof and he was super informative. He picked up very quickly that I had little knowledge on roofing and gave me a short crash course and tips that were super helpful.

As a portfolio manager, I've worked with numerous roofing companies since the mid-1980s. From 2009 we continue to use Central Roofing for our commercial properties. Their project team (Brendan, Dave, Mauro and Cecilia) are reliable and roofing crews are professional installers. If work is properly installed, it minimizes warranty repairs. BUT THIS IS ONE RARE roofing company who also honors its warranties. Having listened to other property managers horror stories, they've called back to thank me for referral to Central Roofing.

Dave W was a real pleasure to work with. He initially did a consult on our roof (25 unit building in Playa del Rey), explaining the specifics of our material, longevity, and potential problems. We've since used Central to patch up a few problems and are in talks with our HOA to re-do the entire roof with silicone. Thanks Dave very much.

When working with a contractor, trustworthiness and reliability are crucial. Central Roofing Company possesses neither. An unsecured plank of wood fell off the back of their roofing truck and annihilated my car. Considering it hit me at 70 mph, I was lucky to emerge uninjured. However, my car sustained $1500 worth of damage. The company refuses to honor their responsibility, despite the fact that I have proof (see the picture below of my cracked grill covered in roofing tar.) They claim that they were not missing any wood( because surely, they counted the planks before loading.) Central Roofing

While at "Central Roofing" from the very start we always did 100 % + above the rest of any major companies I have ever worked for over the past 35 years ,as a result of this work ethic and inspiration and motivation while employed at Central roofing back in 1992 to 1995 , where 80 % of my leads and sales came from Referrals and the reason why ? "Always do more than you get paid for" was their Motto then and it still is today I'm 100 % sure of this fact.

I was not very happy with the work of Central Roofing, after paying almost 200% of the amount of the original bid and inspection and waiting several months for them to get started on the job.
Poor communication, poor workmanship and unreasonable costs and delay. I had to pay almost $20k on top of the original bid, after my roof was basically removed. Never again.

Brendan and the whole Central Roofing team have been fantastic to work with. I work for a property management company, and have extensive experience with roof replacement/repairs. I used Central Roofing with Dave Wilkes as their representative in Sept., 2014. Dave gave me top service, rapid response to all my inquires by phone and email and always delivered what he said he would. He supplied informative attachments to his email responses and also explanative printed technical data before I decided to use his company. I also did a comparative pricing with other roofing companies and he won on that, too.
