Central Iowa Solutions installed a Temo sunroom on our lake house(1990s mobile home). There were some minor delays due to COVID supply chain issues, but once the work began the crew was professional and neat. They listened to any suggestions or minor issues that I pointed out and installed or corrected them quickly. We are very happy with the outcome and anxious for summer to get here so we can enjoy the addition.

We had Central Iowa Solutions replace our old, roughly 12X17, wood deck that is on the walkout side of our ranch on a hill. We had them take care of removing our old deck and replacing/adding concrete under it.
They were helpful in the design process. We had some different ideas in the scale of our project and materials. We shifted a few times leading up to the start of our project, adding in additional things we wanted to do.
We ended up doing a Trek deck with a rain catch and screened in area underneath with a spiral stair case. We also had lighting and a ceiling fan installed in the screened

Back in August of 2020 Derecho damaged our composite deck. We struggled to find anyone that would give us the time of day as most places thought I was just price shopping for repairs, when in reality, we wanted to have our entire deck redone. CIS listened to what we wanted and needed. This is where they really started to exceed expectations. They called us 3 weeks EARLY to get the job done and then exceeded all our expectations.
