We found Austin from a local Facebook page when we frantically were looking for someone when we locked ourselves out of the house. He came out right away and kept us updated on what time he will get to our house. Once he got there he was super friendly and got us in our house in no time at all. We are so thankful he came out as fast as he did as we had two little ones with us! Thank you Austin!

I had locked my gate and left my keys on my door, I looked online for a locksmith called several places some were either closed or they were overpriced. I decided to call one more business, to my surprise Austin's lock & key was available and literally around the corner from me. He showed up within minutes. Super friendly helpful and most importantly AFFORDABLE!!!!!!!! He got my keys from my door, in a matter of seconds( a few minutes but felt like seconds lol) I ended up getting a key for my truck as well to make his time worth it. If you ever need a key or need to get your door unlocked

Our mailbox was broken into I called Jason he let me know he was doing a job at the time and would be able to help me in approx 2hr. he was here with the stated time he was very professional and courteous he replaced the lock within minutes and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Jason!!

These guys are great and highly recommended! The court scheduled a lockout date for an unpaid tenant and they required me to have a locksmith on-site 30 minutes prior to the Sheriff's arrival. I messaged various locksmiths and Jason, from Austin's Lock and Key, responded immediately to all my questions, even at random hours, so I booked them. They ended showing up even before I did and stayed the entire time the Sheriff was late, over an hour and half!! They did a great job picking and replacing my locks. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very quick and friendly service. I've called Austin's Lock and Key a few times for different reasons. First one was for my Home and my keys were locked inside. No damage was done to the knob. Jason also programmed a new key for my Jeep. He was quick and thorough. I will never call another lock smith! Thank you Jason for your quick and awesome service!

The service was fast and did not damage my door knob. I locked myself out of my house. Price was one flat rate, instead like others try to over charge upon arrival.
I didn't have anything ..not even cash, until he opened my door, so I found this service very accommodating.

I've went through many different locksmiths and I will say Austin's Lock and Key is by far the best company in the inland empire. The owner Jason is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I needed a new key for my Chevy Cruze and was really stressing because the type of key they require is pretty pricy and with it being a new car I was also worried about the key being made correctly. I called around and Austin's Lock and Key was the most affordable and conveniently located. Jason answered all of my questions and got the job done in no time! He's great at what he does and I know

Great and friendly service. Jason from Austin's lock and key helped save our day. Our house lock was broken and we were locked out for hours. When we finally called, his response time was really quick. He came over in about 20 minutes and had us back into our house in about 5 minutes. So relieved. Great service
