Metro East Overhead Doors has serviced our garage twice; once for a broken coil and most recently to replace our garage door opener, keypad, sensors and remotes. We initially chose this company after my husband gathered quotes and did research and we were so impressed that we called them again. Both times the owner, Bee, was very responsive, polite and honest and I felt very safe and comfortable with them in my home. He didn't try to sell what we didn't need, they work quickly, showed up when he said he would and he and his employee cleaned up after themselves. He also put in a new door for my

We needed a overhead 12 x 12 replaced, and "D" showed up the same day to get measurements that he already knew via phone...great. The time-frame is very early December, 2018. A week later we called, as a reminder for a quote. At two weeks, we called again for a quote. It is now 3 weeks without a quote, and I have given up on these bozo's. I have wasted plenty of time with "D", do NOT waste yours. This is a very slick website with very LAME results. One of my greatest joys is to leave great reviews, but this is not one of them.

Outstanding service! Garage door springs broke and my vehicles were "trapped" in the garage. It was mid afternoon and they still made it out and had my door repaired and working by 5:00. Technician had a great attitude, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the problem and repairs. Price was fair and well earned. I highly recommend them and will use them again, if necessary! Good job!
