My sales person was Kami and even though my job was a vanity she treated me and my job as if we were the most important. It was difficult to get an appointment narrowed down, but outside of that we couldn't be happier. We remodeled a. fireplace and had Accent cut and install the hearth. Accent Countertops installed quartz countertops which we purchased through Home Depot for our kitchen.

Terrible customer service. Took them a week to show up to measure our counters after kitchen installation. Then 5 more days to realize that they don't have the right granite for our order in stock. They accidentally sent a salesman to bid on our project instead of a contractor to measure it...after we already paid for the countertops. When the contactor finally showed up the next day, he said the backsplash was included in our order. Now all the sudden its not included...incredibly aggravating experience.

Not impressed. The slab was damaged before install, which we would have appreciated a call about or a heads up before the crew attempted install. The repair they attempted was not even close. On second install, the crew damaged a cabinet and said nothing, as well as cutting the sink out in the house. No clean up was done, overall will not be using for my next project.

BEWARE!!
Accent showed up to my home to install my counters (that were ordered 6 weeks ago from Home Depot). There were only two men who were trying to move and install large Quartz slabs in the basementwhich is just asking for trouble.
I watched as they attempted to install the slab into my basement kitchenette, but the slab was way too heavy for 2 people to lift. They decided to rest the slab against the walls putting deep gouges into the drywall and door frame nearby. I was caught off guard at their lack of respect for others property, but calmed down a bit when they assured me Accent would

The countertop itself is nice, but I can't recommend them as an installer. It took three tries over the course of a month to make a rectangular piece fit their own measurements. Their installers bent the metal corner round on our drywall and put three different holes in the drywall in while removing the backsplash in our kitchen, then chipped the bottom of our frameless mirror in several places while removing it in our bathroom. The installers shrugged it off when we asked about it. They also chipped off part of the cabinet while removing the old countertop, leaving a several inch-long gap between

I haven’t even gotten through the process and I’m not sure how it could go any worse. I’m actually trying to cancel my order if at all possible. No one tells you they need at least three weeks notice to schedule your template. At the time of template they’ll tell you 2-3 weeks for your install. However, at 2 weeks after your template they’ll send you a random change saying they had bad assumptions in the original estimate and it now cost more. Then when you call after accepting this mystery change order, it’ll magically be another 2-3 weeks before install but they won’t actually confirm

Dramatic delays, price hikes, and poor installation and communication. I was referred to Accent Countertops by a friend so I know that my experience isn't everyone's but if you run into issues count on Accent going dark on you. Accent damaged cabinets and messed with plumbing that led to flooding. After a month of being told they'd be coming out to finish the job, I gave up and hired someone else to finish. Accent does the installations for big box stores so they're alright with the random poor experience.

I am extremely happy with our new counter tops. I was very pleased to see the guys work so great together as a team and accomplished everything as needed with out dragging their feet. You can tell they also take great pride in the work they do. They were fast and very efficient. They left things cleaner than it was before they started.

I was promised two things that were never delivered.
1: That I would be contacted by Accent Countertops within two days after paying for the countertops. I was not contacted for 5 days.
I was told by home depot that the countertops would be installed with two weeks. It took 5 weeks to complete the project. When I asked accent when they finally contacted me that Home Depot promised a two week installation they said I would be lucky to finish before August.
