We called about 10 different contractors to come out to give us a estimate on our chimney repair. Many would simply never call back or even show up to give us an estimate. I called JCR Restoration and they were out the next day to give me an estimate for the job. We set up an appointment to complete the job and they were on time, very professional and extremely friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is need of masonry work!

Julio came to give an estimate on our chimney and inserted a camera behind the wall to show where water damage had occurred, which was not visable from the exterior. His estimate was fair and competitive with others. They did quality work and were professional. The crew did an exceptional job of cleaning up after each day. I look forward to working with JCR again on other projects.

I'm very pleased by the professional work done by JCR Restoration on two chimneys on my property in Oak Creek. I was reluctant to meet with contractors during the pandemic, but we were able to complete all phases of the project from first proposal to finished repair using email, phone calls and text. The crew showed up on time and cleaned the site after each day's work. Both chimneys were repaired with a very close brick match, at a fair price, and with quality workmanship.

We could not be more pleased. We have a stucco house, and the chimney was leaking badly. Few contractors would come to give us an estimate, due to the stucco. We had several quotes, which were for less work, and more money. We knew that our chimney was in poor condition, and the stucco would need to be removed, before the extent of the damage could be seen. Julio's crew removed the stucco, and it became apparent that simple tuck pointing would not fix the problem. The brick needed to be replaced, and the cap, which was not properly sloped, would need replacement. The project took several weeks
