We were very lucky to inherit amazing Bang & Olufsen speakers from my boyfriend's parents but unfortunately could not integrate with the new TV and receiver. Very few companies are aware of B&O products let alone know how to work with them. We had to get the cords from the UK for these speakers, that's how special and annoying they were! Mark and his amazing team did a flawless job of programing our family room with the speakers, new receiver (that they recommended) and wiring the room so there would not be any wires/cords showing. On top of that, they helped us acquire the brand new Sonos Arc

Top notch custom A/V integrator. You won't find two more personable business owners/operators in the area. Mark was able to work wires in my 1960's home without "Swiss cheesing" any drywall!
I know a handful of friends/family that have used ResAV and they all say the same thing, "best in town."
My guess is the "business owner" that gave the unfavorable review was asking for the moon. Also to note, this is a small business Custom Integrator, not a 1-800 fix it. So running a service call, for a speaker issue that was installed by whomever and whenever, won

As a business owner I never understand when another business totally neglects clients. I spoke to someone regarding a speaker issue I was having at my place of business as well as asked for pricing for an accessory for my home (guessing it would have been near $1000 purchase) and was told they would get back to me. I waited a week and nothing so I called a second time and left a voicemail....never returned that call either. Don't understand why people start a business and then totally neglects their clients.

These guys are top-notch.
I had bought all the items I needed for my surround system separately, I knew what I wanted and could afford. ResAv was more than happy to do the custom install. We worked on a plan and it was up to them to execute the plan. At the last minute I decided to use Sonance in-wall speakers instead of what I had bought, so some tweaking was done in the process. No problem.
(By the way the Sonance speakers made all the difference in sound and especially look)
