I have been using the facility for about seven years. It is right off of Highway 12 near Walmart and Travis Air Force Base. There are a variety of storage units from closet sized to RVs and boats. There is a washing facility for boats and RV's. It is affordable, safe, clean and secure. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.

It doesn't take much to be a great storage unit manager. Seriously. I called today to give a 30-day notice to vacate (which is more than we actually need), and they are charging me until the end of the following month (making it a 50-day notice, or roughly $100 more out of us). I'm pulling the contract right now, but I'm sure it says 30. We've paid over $2,000 for a tiny piece of land, the least this place could do is just be fair.
