Debbie was super patient - we visited several times and really could not find the right tile. The last time I came in she said she had found the perfect tile for me, it was something we had looked at previously but she had a photo she wanted me to see because the small tile was not representative. (Some of us have a hard time visualizing the bigger picture based on a small 4" square sample.) She was right! When I saw the picture it was perfect! I don't know how may other stores would have gone to the trouble looking through photos to find pictures to help novice remodelers like ourselves. We love

MY PARTNER Went in to see if they had a few white 4 & 1/4 inch plain tiles for our bathroom before we drove across town to Floor & Decor. The woman working (owner?) tried to rip us off for $5 per tile & was extremely rude and sketchy. Credit card fee or not, $5 for a tile like this is an incredible up charge. Drove across town and got them for 7 cents each. This likely is one of their smaller orders, but if they were trying to rip us off for $20 who knows what they’re doing for larger orders. Never going back and would not recommend.

We went in just looking to get ideas for countertops and backslash. The owner, Steve, spent a long time explaining the different materials, installation, prices, and tips for getting the work done to our satisfaction.
He has a world of information, and freely shared it as well as his time even though he knew we are just beginning to look. There was no sales pressure.

Absolutely Love our new Floor! Topp Tile Was Very helpful with selecting materials and giving us more than enough options! Debbie Was very polite and patient with us through the whole process.
