3 friends suggested i call Big Heart Landscaping so i checked their pricing and met with the owner. Pricing was competitive and the reviews were wonderful. It's been 5 years now and I'm still thrilled with their service. The owner, Todd Abrams is such a delight to talk to. his crew is very knowledgeable, as well. If your in the market for pavers, drainage, re-doing your beds, etc, you definitely need to call them!!!!!!

Wanted to share an awesome experience I had with Todd and Big Heart Landscaping, who did a great job with my backyard project (wood chips for playset, mulch and stones). The morning they were about to start the job, Todd realized he misunderstood one of my requests and significantly under-quoted me. He didn't even start or buy the materials at this point, and I insisted that we try and revise the quote/job so he didn't lose money, but he refused and stood behind his quote despite the misunderstanding. Our thanks to you and your landscaping crews for the beautiful flagstone path we now enjoy on the north side of our house. The path enhances the natural lay of the land and it complements the existing plantings. It is also extremely functional, as this side of the house receives lots of foot traffic and was too shady for adequate grass cover.

Todd, the owner, probably is my favorite landscaper so far. He's funny and easygoing, I feel very comfortable when I talk to him.
We are first time house buyer and this is our first time to do landscaping, Todd, not like others, (we quote couple of companies, and one of them didn't reply me after one week.)
Todd came out quickly. And surprisedly , his price is very fair. They helped us took 15 trees down within one week. They are very responsive, hard working and clean up all the debris afterwards. I never believed life will be so easy, so we decided to move the next step with them

Todd Abrams is fantastic. He is very creative and knowledgeable about his craft. We weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for, but Todd sat with us, listened to our ideas, and in just a few days our thoughts were on paper, but in a way, we never could have imaged on our own. In the past I have had problems getting lawn care companies to show up for jobs - and for having any sort of meaningful connection, or sense of modern communication. I think being stood up kind of goes along with hiring some landscapers in my town/area - but not with Big Heart! I started using Big Heart Landscaping this spring to help take care of my property. Very, very, very happy!!! Big Heart has been my landscaper and snow removal guys for 7 years now and not one issue. I also own 6 rental properties that they take care of that I have been equally pleased with. Todd Abrams, the boss, is honest, knowledgeable and has a great disposition. Always a smile for me. I wish I could give them no stars. I called and scheduled an appointment with Todd for him to come for a landscaping job. He said he would call me back with a date and time that worked. A couple of days go by and he never called so I called him again - this time we set up a time for him to come by the house. Then 2 hours before the scheduled time he cancelled (mind you this was a weekend so I basically wasted my time on this). Then I asked him if we could reschedule another time and he said he would call me back. Few days later I call him back to schedule a time and I asked him if he was interested

Todd and his crew provide excellent service at a fair price. I am always sceptical of landscapers pricing but with Big Heart I never feel ripped off. Their work is meticulous and they take pride in everything they do. Owner Todd oversees all work done and will redo if not up to his standards. I highly recommend this outfit!!

These guys are fabulous!!! They have been taking care of my property for six years and they have never disappointed me. The owner, Todd Abrams, is very personable and always give me ideas on how I can save money. Every two years I check his prices and find that he is always below the competition. We interviewed several respected contractors for our landscaping project. Big Heart Landscaping was the only one who had the skill set and experience to complete the project. Todd and his crew were incredible. He was flexible in coming out to give a quote right after I had called inquiring about his service. After walking the grounds and giving some recommendations we settled on the spring cleanup and mulching. He followed up immediately with a very fair quote for the scope of the work. His crew came and worked nonstop. They were all polite and worked hard the whole time. My yard looks the best it has since we bought our house.
