I contacted EV Handyman (Chip) to replace an old/broken bathroom vent fan. EV Handyman contacted me right away and were able to get me in the schedule within 24 hrs. The customer service was outstanding— Chip worked with me to select the right fan and communicated every step of the process. He did an excellent job in a timely manner for a reasonable price— the new fan looks great and I will definitely contact him for future projects.

If you're looking for electrical work, hire an electrician. Chip is a nice guy and did a couple things for me just fine, like a fan install and light can fix, but the electrical wiring he did took way longer than expected and ultimately had to be re-done by my electrician. The quality of the receptacle and switch install was shocking when we removed it. I would have been better off doing it myself and I would have saved a lot of money.

Well let me first state I’m not a heinous human but as an ER nurse I do expect for people to get their job done correctly, because that’s the standard I’m (rightly) held to. I hired Juan to put baseboards in my bathroom and install new faucets. Both tasks I ACTUALLY can do myself but due to have a toddler and a baby as well working two jobs, find it tough to find the time to operate power tools. The first day he showed up late and asked me to pick up paintable caulk at Lowe’s where I was picking up final bits of the door trim. Stated he’d refund me. The whole project btw was going to

I was actually considering looking into a contractor here, for a few weeks to help with some minor fixtures at my mother's new house in Chandler. Presumably, she's not as tech savvy and asked for my help to find a nearby place that would help. I was in the early stages of setting it up until I read the previous review. Juan was on-time and great to work with. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He repaired my broken stucco in minutes and insisted on painting it himself at no extra charge. I had him back to install a new ceiling fan because the last one was only partially working and others had made several attempts at figuring out what was wrong to no avail.
