ChemDry of Mount Vernon has been cleaning our office building carpets once every year for the past ten years. It definitely has extended the life of the carpet. Joseph has always performed the the cleaning and is quick, tidy and thorough. Plus, he has a positive attitude and is just generally a nice guy. Michele, his wife, handles scheduling and is great with follow up, even when the snow is causing havoc with access. Kudos to Tom and Delaina (owners) and their fine staff!

Start here if you’re new in town and looking for help with your carpet. Michelle, their receptionist is very helpful in navigating our family through juggling cleaning and pets and just life in general. When our technician Jeff came over mom thought he was great.

I had scheduled a carpet cleaning for a move out and the company I hired cancelled last minute. Not only did Michelle manage to fit me in but did so when we had major storms which caused them to need to evacuate their offices and the house I was moving out of that required the cleaning lost power. I would have totally understood if they cancelled on me for any of these variables, they did not. They were on time, worked quickly and the carpets looked/smelled brand new. 100% will use them again.

I had 2 bedrooms and stairs cleaned. Everyone I spoke to with the company was extremely friendly and helpful. After I scheduled the appointment they called back because they had a cancelation and were able to do it that same day. Jeff, called me to let me know he was 20-30 minute out, as I had requested. He showed up on time. He gave me appropriate suggestions and was not pushy about other services I did not need. He got to work and did an excellent job. I will for sure be calling Chem-Dry for future jobs!
